MR Mortgage provides mortgage lending services, specializing in Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) for California homeowners. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Online HELOC pre-qualification and application processing
- Personalized rate quotes and financing options
- Bank statement and no-tax-return lending programs
- No-appraisal home equity financing
- Loan advisory and consultation services
- Communication regarding your application via phone, email, and SMS
MR Mortgage is a licensed mortgage broker (NMLS ID #328282), licensed in the State of California. MR Mortgage is not a bank or direct lender. Loan products are offered through our lending partners, including the Homebridge digital HELOC platform. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting requirements, and applicable regulations.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. Our HELOC products are currently available to homeowners with qualifying properties in the State of California. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

This includes SMS messages for inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, application status updates, rate alerts, and promotional communications. Messaging frequency varies. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from MR Mortgage is solely between you and MR Mortgage. We will never sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or mobile phone number with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional use. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
